A snapshot

An incredibly brief post today - just a quick summary.

Things are always the same really: I eat very little, so little that I have no energy. Yesterday I got a protein shake and that helped somewhat, so I’ll take one every day at the very least (I should take two I think, to reach the minimum 60gr of protein per day).

I continue to walk every second day (4+km each time), but now that I am so weak it is difficult. I walk so much slower and I’m a little unsteady. Let’s see if the protein shakes do their magic.

I still find it hard to meet my liquid intake target, but I’m much better at it.

I am not taking my tablets regularly, too lazy to spend 10 minutes and a full pint of water to swallow those 30 tablets a day (you’ve no idea of the amount of supplements), some are big so need splitting therefore the number doubles, and they’re still very big to swallow. I should get a grip here: I cannot possibly be eating so little and not taking supplements, my vitamins and minerals balance would go askew and then? Will get a grip.

The bathrooms are almost finished, they look amazing and are just being fine tuned to what they need to be in order to reach perfection. It was worth the money and putting up with all the disruption.

No, I’m not sleeping any better though - still waking up every 2 hours maximum, staying up for one hour, and then another 2 hours sleep, etc. Obviously I try to go to bed early, but with this rhythm I am sleeping no more than 6 hours in total when I’m lucky.

Work is still absolutely mental, and late evenings are the norm (it goes without saying that I start close to lunchtime or later). I walk in the middle of the day, it’s the only way to fit it in.

Ah, I am now 93kg, -3kg in 12 days. I am only hoping this is not a muscle mass loss, otherwise it makes me super happy of course!
